Location. Staff. Food was good. Plenty of parking.
Room was too warm. AC was set to 60 but the room was hot and muggy. Hallways were also got and muggy. Breakfast was poorly placed-too many corners caused bottlenecks. Food ran out and was slow to be replaced. Not enough seating in breakfast area.

The one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the fitness center, a nice addition while on the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

I requested a room near the elevator and was put at the far end of the hall. I needed a refrigerator and there wasn't one in the room and nothing available. I wound up moving to the Hilton Garden Inn down the street.

I've had nicely furnished and pet-friendly room with a very comfortable bed, a tub and full-size refrigerator. The breakfast was incredibly nice at 7:20, the food was savoury! The location was convenient and ideal - near to areas of cleanliness, comfort, and reasonable price, and historical sites.
